Pan Africa ILGA
A federation of over 400 organisations across all 54 African countries, creating an Africa that promotes and respects the integrity, rights, and autonomy of all her people regardless of culture, faith, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or sex characteristics.
Founded in 2007 and formally registered as a non-profit organisation in South Africa in 2015, Pan Africa ILGA unifies and strengthens LGBTI organising across the continent.

ILGA-Europe
In collaboration with and on behalf of over 700 organisations across Europe and Central Asia, ILGA-Europe is a driving force for political, legal, and social change.

ILGALAC
ILGALAC creates a region that respects human rights and where people can live in equality and freedom, uniting over 400 organisations across Latin America and the French- and Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries and territories.
Established in 2002, ILGALAC strengthens LGBTI organisations, institutions, and civil society through advocacy, strategic litigation, regional convenings, and training.
ILGA-NAC
With unity in action, sustainability in mind, and justice in sight, ILGA-NAC brings together over 200 organisations from across North America and English- and Dutch-speaking countries and territories in the Caribbean.
Originally covering only Canada and the United States, the region expanded in 2021 to cover a broader and more diverse geographic area, offering even more tailored and effective advocacy and capacity strengthening.

What they say about us
“ILGA is a great space to really talk about what are the global trends that are happening, what are the global strategies, and how do we become aligned as an LGBTI movement globally, so that none of us are left out of the picture.”
— [participant in the ILGA World Conference in 2024]
“It is incredibly enriching to connect with activists from around the world who are advancing this work with courage and commitment. Their leadership is both inspiring and energising, and it reminds me that our collective strength lies in our solidarity. Together, we can achieve far more than any of us can alone”
— [Alex Hernández Muro, Más Igualdad, Peru]
