Job opportunities

Thank you for your interest in ILGA World jobs and opportunities! If you believe all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights, and you are determined to make a positive impact on the lives of LGBTI persons worldwide, we might have the right role for you.

Working at ILGA World means joining a dedicated, diverse team at the heart of the global social justice movement: human rights lawyers, researchers, and experts in their fields from around the world, all committed to a world where LGBTI people can exercise their rights.

Whether you’re exploring human rights careers, human rights jobs, social impact consultancies, LGBTI jobs, non-profit jobs in Geneva or global remote ones — or looking for LGBTQ volunteer opportunities and internships — we’d love to hear from you.
