Rachael Moore (she/her) is a dedicated LGBTQIA+ activist, DEI consultant, and nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in policy analysis, intersectional advocacy, and community empowerment. With a background in youth movements and LGBTQ+ rights, she has worked extensively to challenge discrimination and push for systemic change in both social and professional settings.

In 2018, Rachael co-founded Rainbow Nation, an organisation that amplifies the visibility of queer, trans, Black, and Brown individuals. Committed to the principle of “Nothing about us without us,” Rainbow Nation works to address the aftermath of racism, transphobia, and xenophobia within the LGBTQ+ community by providing support groups for QTBPOC individuals and organising community-building initiatives.

She currently serves as a board member of ILGA Europe and the EU representative on the ILGA World Bisexual Steering Committee, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights across Europe and Central Asia. Her work continues to push for inclusive and safe(r) spaces for marginalised communities at all levels of society globally.
