HRC31 has lasted almost one month, and it has been a time of intense debates and meetings. ILGA has been involved in several moments of this session of the UN Human Rights Council, from the Annual high-level panel on human rights mainstreaming to a side-event (held together with APT, COC Netherlands and the Anti-Torture initiative) on torture and ill-treatment of LGBTI  persons.
