On 9 February, Switzerland – the country where we are headquartered – will vote to include sexual orientation among the protected grounds against discrimination and incitement to hatred in their Penal Code.

This is something that hit us, too: when our office was vandalized twice with anti-LGBTI slurs on our sign last year, we could not file a complaint noting the real nature of the inscriptions. Now, ILGA World and ILGA-Europe's staff, board and friends from all over the world have a loud and clear message: stop the hate!
