We are delighted that he comes to this post with nearly 20 years experiences of Human Rights work particularly his leadership in the campaigns contributing to the repeal of an anti-gay criminal law and the adoption of anti-discrimination provisions.

Jide Macaulay Co-Chair of PAI Steering Committee said “this is an exciting time for African NGOs leading efforts in LGBTI rights, Adrian’s appointment is an opportunity to enhance on the current international Human Rights relations. I congratulate you”

Arcus Foundation has an excellent record and existing relationship with Africa and it is our hope that this relationship improves with this appointment.

Once again we congratulate Adrian Coman and wish him well in his new post.
