Kseniya Kirichenko (she/her) is working with ILGA since September 2016 focusing on Treaty Bodies and Special Procedures.
Before joining ILGA, she worked with Russian LGBTI and trans groups where she was responsible for strategic litigation and international advocacy. Kseniya also consulted trans and LGBTI activists from other Post-Soviet countries on legal and advocacy issues, and has experience on reproductive rights, women’s rights and sex workers’ rights.
She holds a Law Degree from Novosibirsk State University and completed her PhD studies there, and was also a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School.
