Indian airline to hire only female flight attendants to cut down weight

An Indian airline is telling its crew members to suck it up and suck it in with new rules regarding gender and weight.

Budget airline GoAir plans to hire only female flight attendants in a bid to cut down on in-flight fuel costs in comparison to "heavier" men, the Times of India reports.

The difference in weight is expected to save the company $500,000 annually when counting five cent savings per subtracted kilo per hour.
