All-Ukrainian network of people living with hiv/aids as the main receipint of $ 200 mln Global Fund of HIV \ AIDS gives money to project of care for HIV positive people in Ivano-Frankivsk for the Caritas organization which is officially forbiding the using of condoms as well as all possible contraception and supported the decision of Ivano-Frankivsk city council to proclaim Ivano-Frankivsk "LGBT free ZONE". http://www.octpib.info/Articles.aspx?id=1713

During last election compaign Caritas officially supported the deputies of anti-democratic and anti-human Yanuchovich regime
