EVERYONE DESERVES TO HAVE ACCESS TO EFFECTIVE COUPLES THERAPY REGARDLESS OF THEIR LIVING SITUATION OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
SUPPORT EQUALITY!
You are invited to participate in a research study to contribute to the field of Couple and Family Therapy. The purpose of this research is to examine the potential relationship between emotional intelligence and relationship satisfaction. Previous research about relationship satisfaction has EXCLUDED same-sex and cohabitating couples. This has prevented researchers and therapists from developing effective therapeutic interventions that can be used with all couples, not just married couples. All couples, regardless of living situation or sexual preference, deserve to have access to quality therapy. By participating in this research study, you have the opportunity to provide couple and family therapists with valuable information that may allow them to help all couples in therapy more effectively.

In order to participate, you must be 18 years of age, fluent in written English, currently in a relationship that has lasted a minimum of one year, and currently reside in the United States. If you would like to participate in this study, please click on the online survey link provided to you below for more information. All survey information will be available to you online and can be completed from the comfort of your own home during a time that is convenient for you.

If you have any questions about the study or know someone that you think may be interested in participating in this study, please feel free to pass on the link to the study or to contact the researcher at ashley.n.arn@gmail.com.
