Although the Soviet Union was dissolved December 1991<a href="http://oreilrbzua.com"> amlsot</a> 20 years have passed and Democracy as we have has not taken hold . it is evolving . so it is unrealistic to think it will suddenly come to the oppressed peoples in the Middle East (or anywhere else) but it could begin in that direction and its success will likely be in proportion to the people doing it from within and the amount of outside interference.
