Many school have become positive towards LGBTIs but many third genders still face discrimination and bullying, need more sensitizing to the school administration and teachers. Many times the school staff lack proper understanding and may not pay attention to the special needs of LGBTI students like psycho sexual counselling and peer support needs as well as family acceptance.

No, Hindu and Buddhist religions are supportive and support us by inviting us in different festivals and rituals. There are some traditions and festivities that requires participation of Third genders like marriage and child birth as well worshiping in few temples in few occasions.

Its common but the level of discrimination has changed and reduced to petty bulling by streets passers. Otherwise the discrimination from state agency, media, civil society, parties have done down dramatically in fast 4 years.

Its not, in fact many leaders now speak publicly to support LGBTI rights and inclusion. Now many parties have welcomed and endorse LGBTI as their party members.
