This is what people are saying about life for LGBTI people in ISRAEL...
Your artical written by the Guardian is the abhorrent piece of writing I have seen in a long time.It is nothing but old fashion European anti-Semitism in new clothes.
I am a veteran of the Stonewall Rebellion which led to the gay rights movement in the United States. I never would imagine a gay rights organization would stoop so low as to allow such a false article on its web site. Shame on you.
Jews and Gays were burned at the stake during the Spanish Inquisition in case you are so ignorent in history. The Christian Bible demonized Gay people and Jewish people, leading to the European Holocaust in the 20th century, which gassed Gay people and Jews.
The only true statement in the Guardian article is that Israel is the only country in the Middle East that does not criminalize Gay people. You are a gay organization, you would think you would see that as a good thing. Hamas kills gay people. Is it your job to promote Hammas?
I would appreciate it if you would remove that article from your web site.

The Israeli gov't has dealt with riots, demonstrations and outrage by certain groups when they allow the Gay Pride Parade each year in Jerusalem. This location is perhaps the most central part of every religion and every year it gets this organizaiton tons of free press.
I don't remember any such parade happening in the streets of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Syria etc.
What kind of friends are you? The only country in the middle east that supports your rights and you refuse to host them in your Spanish parade out of politics.
You're cowards- shame on you
