Alemania equipara matrimonios gay y tradicional. El tribunal de mayor rango en Alemania declaró inconstitucional una norma que obliga a los gays y las lesbianas a pagar impuestos más altos que los heterosexuales cuando reciben herencias tras la muerte de sus parejas.
