Hi ,, we are couple ( gay and hiv positive ) we live in horrible situation in Egypt ,, The persecution of our family for us and the community and the fear of knowledge of being gay and a shortage of medicines in Egypt and not available, but in one hand and follow the Egyptian government and the medicine is irregular and is not available many kinds and my story begins ,, i was live in Saudi for 5 years from 2007 till 2011 and i get HIV infection there in incident of sexual assault in Saudi and i did not able to present complaint to the police office coz the Saudi one of Islamic country and there they punish all homosexual and after the accident by 6 months i go to hospital to check and they told that am HIV positive and they warned me that i should leave the country before inform the ministry of health coz they follow arbitrary procedures for homosexual even HIV positive and after they finish the procedures they expelled out of Saudi ,,, i leave my money ,, my work ,, my clothes and my car and come back to Egypt again to face my fate with my family and community ,, the problem which i face here in Egypt that my family and the community not accepted as a homosexual plus HIV positive,, i cant work in Egypt coz they ask me for medical report and even the medicine we have problem with it ,,,, I need to fell that am human am still live and i can give more for community but they not accepted me here in Egypt ( one of Islamic country like Saudi ) ,,



Now I'm in Egypt since 7 months and the problems have become immune complex less than and my CD4 declined in the six months from 800 to 600 ...And I got to know a person in one of the psychosocial support groups and loved him great love and a he is in the same situation and was expelled from the house because he is sick and gay and recently when his mother died was prevented from attending the funeral, but when I called his older brother and his father and I pressed and approved after Pressed to attend funeral in the church only for 15 minutes



I'm still moving form job to job afraid of discover my Disease ,, I sent many messages to human rights organizations all over the world and all the respond which I get it that they can no one help me if I am out their country ,, I try to get Uk visa but they refuse my request to get the visa ,, I have another lovely kind man in Europe he try to help me and my boy friend to get out of Egypt and he told me I will try to send any invitation to attend an conference in any country of EU And when I get there I apply for political asylum Me and my friend but again am worry to Foiled to go out of Egypt ,, and by the way And one of the reasons I get out of Egypt medication ..Because it is not available on an ongoing basis and is cut or reduce the quota allocated to patients on a regular basis and this I saw with my own eyes with my friend, where he was CD4 are 50 And dispensing in the first full month and in the second month when we went to the second share exchange apologized to us and said there was no medicine which push us to ask our friends in psychosocial support groups to donate by a part of their medicine to my boy friend
