Hola i'm from a small town in Georia, USA. The gay scene is looked down upon, so its hard to open about it. I recently took a trip to Buenos Aires Argentina and would absolutely say it was a great place to be open about your sexuality. I had a really good experience there with this group called The OUT and About Pub crawl. They were a pub crawl just catered to the gay community. The staff was amazing and the bars and clubs we went to were awesome. I have never felt so comfortable walking around the streets of Buenos Aires with a bunch of others just like me.
