Police discovers 8 men "naked in a hotel room”, 7 others given "administrative penalties."

The Xuhui District People's Court in Shanghai, China last week sentenced eight men who were “discovered by police naked in a hotel room”, according to a report on the online edition of the state-run Shanghai Dail. The men aged between 20 to 40 are said to have had group sex and were given detention or administrative penalties.

The organiser, who has only been identified by his surname Wu, was described in the media as holding a doctorate degree and married to a woman with whom he has one child. He selected the seven men via video chats after he posted an advertisement on QQ, an online chatting tool.

Wu charged each participant 50 yuan (5GBP) for attending the session held in a hotel room in Xuhui District on September 7, 2013.
