Neengar society is pleased to announce the first ever human rights film festival to highlight the rights and issues of minorities in Pakistan. Bol (speak) film festival is going to take place in Multan from December 20 to 25, 2012. Neengar society is a youth lead organization working for the rights of minorities in Pakistan.

Young filmmakers and Organizations who have worked on the issue of (religious and sexual) minorities are invited to submit their films for festival. There is no fee for entry.
