Togo-based blog Peuples observateurs has posted an article mentioning the publication PIPO researched and denounced the existence of a male sex workers network linking Togolese teenagers of 15, 16 and 17 year-old and European adult men. The article mentions members of this network work as peer educators in Togo with the US-based NGO Population service international.
