ILGA Remembers Rebecca Cross

ILGA is deeply saddened to announce the death of Rebecca Cross, who passed away on Friday, July 7, in Las Cruces, NM. We mourn her loss and convey our heartfelt sympathies to her family and friends.

Rebecca joined the ILGA family this year at the 23rd World Conference in Geneva, where she was unanimously elected as ILGA's female North America Representative. She was one of the many transgender activists elected to the ILGA Board. Those of us who were lucky enough to know this gracious lady will always remember and miss her, and we are certain that she will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure and privilege of crossing her path.
