ILGA seeks developer for new website
International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA) and its European Region (ILGA-Europe) are inviting proposals
to build and provide maintenance for a single internet-based database and content management system for administration and maintenance of ILGA and its regional websites.
More detailed briefing.
We are looking for proposals from dynamic, professional, experienced and reliable developers who can deliver high class product and services. Location of the developer is not relevant, however the developer should take into account that both ILGA and ILGA-Europe offices are based in Brussels and we envisage a number of meetings with the developer after it have been selected. The developer should also notice that one of the main ILGA working languages and ILGA-Europe’s working language is English.
Please send you detailed proposals by 10 June 2005, including detailed budget, your portfolio, and references to both contact persons:

Final decision on the developer for ILGA database and websites will be made on 17 June 2005. Our decision will be based on a developer’s ability to deliver and maintain the system according to our requirements and set timescales, and reasonable budget. We expect to sign a contract with the selected developer shortly after that and we are aiming to launch new database and websites in late September/early October.
