Thanks to the the German and Swedish Foreign Offices, 27 activists joined ILGA and other NGOs in Geneva to ensure sexual orientation and gender identity remains on everybody’s mind at the Commission on Human Rights. They came to lobby their national delegations, give speeches at the UN, participate in panels, but most of all to represent the LGBT community in an international forum which persists in ignoring us and our rights.
