Femme of varlour is an activist group in uganda advocating for the rights of Gays, Lesbians, inter and Bi-sexuals in uganda at the local level. Areas of focus currently include but are not limited to the following; Human rights advocacy,Hiv and health awareness amongst the LGBTI community,sexual identification and awareness to mention but a few. We are a non- financial group mainly operating on voluntary basing, currently we have a total of about 100 volunteers within the central region of uganda- kampala most of whom are youth. By joining ILGA,the group will be able to achieve its goals, the main one being attaining Equality for LGBTI people across the Globe a goal we share with ILGA, we hope to contribute and share ideas with people of diverse culture,ethinicity, religion and experiences.
