HOSI Salzburg is the homosexual initiative of the province of Salzburg and works as an association with public funding as well as donations from private persons such as our association membersship fees. Since 2009 we are strongly supported by the regional and city government by financial aid and receive a strong backing in our efforts to develop equality in LGBTI live. We give psychological and social counselling, help to receive legal advice in LGBT matters and serve as a central point of information for the region. We conduct and operate workshops for anti-discrimination and other areas of LGBTI live. We organize public events like pannel discussions or clubbings to capture and effect public opinions on LGBTI related subjects.
